and you have gotten to know an amazing person. perhaps you have seen her written up in DWELL, San Francisco, Sunset magazines or countless other publications for her outstanding contributions to domestic and international green landscape design. aside from being a founder, accomplished and recognized designer with her firm, Shades of Green, tyler is a wife, daughter, sister and wonderful friend. in 2008our friend tyler was diagnosed with an extremely rare form of cancer, cervical adenocarcinoma. after her incredible fight and undergoing a radical hysterectomy at the tender age of 33, 2 separate terms of chemo and radiation, her cancer has returned. she is about to undergo a 3rd round of chemo and is actively seeking clinical trials in hopes of finding a treatment that will kick this thing to the curb, once and for all. despite all that she has been through, she maintains a sunny outlook, appreciative of her family, friends, dog & home in marin county and all that life has to offer. tyler is a HUGE believer in positive thoughts and wishes. the idea of lots of people wearing a bracelet in her honor would wrap her in all the love she deserves. with your purchase of any of the "FIGHT WITH TYLER" collection, you allow her another day of alternative treatments not provided by her insurance company and the comfort of your support.
